Initial Phone Conversation – We believe listening is an integral part of a successful working relationship. By becoming acquainted with your individual needs, challenges, and wishes we are better able to answer your questions and concerns. We then schedule a consultation in your home at your convenience.
Complimentary Consulation – This initial in-person meeting typically lasts about an hour. One of our trusted, lead organizers will meet with you. At this meeting, we tour your home, discuss how we can ease your upcoming move and go over the services we provide that are relevant to you and your situation.
Written Proposal – We provide a written proposal within 48 hours of your consultation. This proposal provides you with a detailed document of the scope of services, estimate of costs and time and a timeline for your project so we are all on the same page.
