Personalized Timeline & Plan

We strategize with you to develop and implement a personalized timeline and to-do list for your move. Creating this plan keeps us all on track and helps reduce stress.

Decluttering

Parting with items you’ve kept for years can be difficult. 

• Physical & emotional support – We work alongside you providing emotional, non-judgmental support and a patient listening ear.
• Easy removal of items – We can also arrange for charitable organizations to pick up donations from your home or we will transport items to donation facilities in our vehicles. Whether you want to sell, consign, donate or recycle, we know who takes what and will arrange for speedy pick up.

Home Inventory

Using state of the art technology, we will photograph and catalog your property. Whether you elect to remain in your current home or plan to move, we provide you and your family members with a current digital inventory of your estate.

Floor Planning

Unsure how your current furniture will fit in your new home? We begin by taking thorough measurements of your existing furnishings. Using online tools, we then create 2D and 3D floor plans so you get an accurate picture of how your current furnishings and new items will fit. This enables you to design your new home with precision.

Packing

Our team of expertly trained professional packers ensure that all your belongings are carefully packed and boxes are clearly labeled. As part of our commitment to the environment, we also rent gently used moving boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap.

Moving

We are on-site to ensure your moving day is as stress-free as possible. Acting as the liaison between you and your moving company, we direct and supervise your movers so that furniture and boxes are placed in the precise location.

Unpacking & Resettling

While moving companies unpack your boxes and place your belongings on top of counters and dressers, we take your move to the next level.

• Immediate unpack – We begin unpacking boxes and setting up your new home in order of priority as soon as the boxes are carried off the truck. We unpack, set up and organize your home with your personal needs and function in mind. 
• You are in charge! – By listening to your needs, we bring order to your home with systems that are easy to maintain and aesthetically pleasing. We understand the peace of mind that comes from moving into a beautifully organized home.
• Seamless transition – Our goal is to get your settled as speedily as possible. We ensure all boxes are removed, lamps, computers, printers and TVs are hooked up and bed are made.

House Clearout & Estate Liquidation

This final stage of moving can often be the most overwhelming. Let us take care of the details.

• Selling – Our developed network of trusted contacts throughout the area will manage the sale of your valuables by auction, consignment or online.
• Donation – We arrange for items to be picked up by the charity of your choice or can transport items in our own vehicles. We provide you with a tax donation receipt.
• Shipping – Have a small piece of furniture or picture you’d like to send to a relative in another state? No problem, we will safely pack and find the most economical way to ship your items.
• Recycling and hauling – We arrange for speedy pick of any remaining items and ensure they are recycled in the most earth friendly manner possible.

Photo Organizing & Archival Preservation

Are your photos stuffed in shoe boxes, bags or stored on old phones?

• Photo, video & archival document preservation – It’s time to take those precious memories and convert your photo and video chaos into a streamlined, organized collection that you can share and enjoy for generations to come.
• We provide tailor-made organizing solutions for your print and digital photos as well as complete scanning services, digital conversion, and archival backup. Additionally, we create beautiful albums, slideshows and collages for both print and digital media.

Computer and Technology Assistance

Does your computer tend to crash unexpectedly, hide important documents from you, and function at an almost glacial pace?

• Your personal at home technology team – Our IT team can clean up your existing hard drive or completely wipe it clean. We are also experts at syncing devices, hooking up printers, downloading the latest software, organizing your desktop and internet-based files, as well as developing a plan of action to keep you up to date with technology.
